Code of Ethics:

As a professional life coach, I acknowledge and agree to honor my ethical obligations to my life coaching clients and colleagues and to the public at large. I pledge to comply with the International Coach Federation (ICF) Standards of Ethical Conduct, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those whom we coach. If I breach this Pledge of Ethics or any ICF Standards of Ethical Conduct, I agree that the ICF in its sole discretion may hold me accountable for so doing. I further agree that our accountability to the ICF of any breach may include loss of any ICF membership and/or ICF credentialing.

Further, as a Counsultant, I acknowledge and pledge to comply with the Standards of Ethical Conduct listed below as well as the standards set forth in God's Word, the Holy Bible.

1. We will serve our clients with integrity, competence and objectivity.  We shall only accept assignments for which we have appropriate expertise.

2. We will keep client information and records of client engagements in the strictest of confidene and will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission.

3. The highest priority will be given to clients interests.  Full disclosure will be made to all affected partied regarding the representation of competing clients.

4. All fee arrangements shall be discussed and agreed upon in advance.  Realistic estimates shall be provided as appropriate.  All fees and expenses shall be legitimate, resonable and commensurate with the services delivered.
