Coaching and Counseling Consultations

Our life coach and counseling agreements are typically set up on a monthly basis, scheduled weekly and are handled via telephone.  However, our fee structure may be adjusted to meet your specific need on a case-by-case basis.  Individuals should not begin the life coaching process until they are ready to invest three to six months of time and energy to the process.  Transformations and change from life coaching take time and dedication. For specific fees, please click on the link at the bottom of this page and complete the online form.

Steps to getting started with a life coach or counselor

Step 1 - Check your readiness for life coaching:  Before you even consider life coaching, you may want to determine if you are even ready to be coached.  We recommend that you take the Coachability Assessment Index before you you complete our consultation profile form below.

Step 2 - Get a FREE consultation with a life coach: Each new client will receive a free initial consultation.  This consultation consists of a review of your current situation to determine if you are a candidate for life coaching.  If you are not a candidate for life coaching we will offer suggestions or referrals as appropriate.  Please understand that we cannot always solve all of your problems and life issues with one form, however we believe that we can provide important tips, suggestions and possibly even a starting point for action!  The initial free consult is for informational purposes only.  Whether a client or not, you are always responsible for your own decisions and actions.
