31 Days to a New Year – DAY 3

December 3, 2011: Today is DAY 3 of the 31 days to a New Year. You might want to say this is a 31 day challenge to a NEW YOU!  On day one we examined the things you tolerate and yesterday you should have thought about those things that you procrastinate over. If you will remember we discussed the levels of pain related to change and we discussed the focus of fear that keeps us away from our very best in life. Remember, the things we worry about most likely will not ever happen the way we imagined them if at all!

Each step of this journey will require you to look deep within and self-discover those things that keep you from your goals and a better life in general. Today – I want to ask you a really tough question. Based on the two lists you’ created, what things are you willing to start working on today to achieve? Of the things on the lists what would you be willing to say – __________________ is so important to me that I am willing to do WHATEVER is required to make it happen.  Write that one thing day – the I AM SO WILLING TO item. Once you have written down what it is that you are now SO WILLING TO DO you must remember that the pain of staying where you are has to become greater than what will be required to make the change. You also recognize that you have fears and that the outcome is not likely to be what you imagine it to be. As a matter of fact, the longer you rely on the lie of fear the longer it will take to get beyond the stumbling block to achieve you goals.

Now that you have written down the one thing you are now so WILLING to do, take some time to write down as much detail as possible of what is required to reach that goal.  Don’t be vague – be specific. If you need help, please contact me and we can set up a FREE consult to discuss where you are. Don’t let another day go by before you act on your dreams. If you don’t get started now on this journey you may find yourself at December 2012 asking the same questions.

Now is the time to get up and act!
