31 Days to a New Year – DAY 4

December 4, 2011— DAY 4: Someone asked me what is the 31-day challenge really all about? The answer is about living a more fulfilled and successful life really. But deeper than that it is about realizing that there are risks and rewards to everything we do. It really is about making choices. This journey is about figure out what are the choices you can make.

Yesterday we looked at what it is that you are now so willing to do that you would do it no matter what. Today I would like you to consider the both the RISKS and the REWARDS of your choices.

Today I would like you to draw a cross on a piece of paper. In the upper left-hand corner write Reward of attempting goal. In the upper right-hand corner write the Risk of attempting goal. In the lower left-hand corner write the Reward of not attempting goal and in the lower right-hand corner the risk of not attempting the goal. Under each, write accordingly for each goal. Based on the Reward/Risk Assessment, you should now have enough information to determine whether the goal should be attempted or not.
